20/01/2021 - We need to make sure pubs are treated fairly and I believe they should be able to sell alcohol to takeaway. Supermarkets are able to do this so pubs should be able to as well. They have had an incredibly tough year and this should help them bring in a little more income.
I recently wrote to the Business Secretary about this issue, asking him to review the policy. I will also continue to push the Government to do all it can to support flagging pubs, in addition to the grants currently available.
