Flick has been appointed as a Board member for the National Citizens Service (NCS). NCS is a life changing programme open to all teenagers aged 15-17, nearly 500,000 young people have taken part since 2010. Flick says 'I have been a great fan of the work that NCS has done through Pompey in the Community and am delighted to be on the national Board. The NCS has changed many young people's lives and is a great start to their career. It enables young people to meet others in their community and work together. I am very excited to be part of a great team that are going to take NCS forward'.
